RECIPE - MY NEW BLACK SEED HONEY INGREDIENTS
DIRECTIONS: HEAT THE SEEDS PROPERLY - PER MY YOUTUBE VIDEO HERE |
- Place 1/2 kilo of honey in a jar along with 1/3 cup of fine ground, high quality black cumin seeds.
- Mix well.
- Add in the cinnamon and black seed oil (I prefer Zatik - Use discount code LIFE10)
- Mix very well. Set aside till the next morning.
- In the morning start adding more honey and black seeds to the jar. Stir well.
The mixture should be that of chocolate.
Dosage. 1 teaspoon before sleep.
NOTE: The cinnamon is now added for a multitude of reasons. One of those reasons is pain. I can't tell you what a believer I am now. I have sent a friend to the US to bring me back a truck load.

BENEFITS OF CINNAMON ARE
NOT ALL CINNAMON IS CREATED EQUALCassia is the stronger cinnamon and one that is studied more often and has more cinnamaldehyde (95%) than does Ceylon but Overall, it’s not possible to say which one has more health benefits. However, Ceylon has far less potential to cause harm when consumed regularly.

Ceylon is also anti-parasitic, anti-microbial and antioxidant. Though Coumarin is a natural ingredient, it carries a risk for causing liver damage or failure in sensitive individuals, and among those who consume the Cassia cinnamon daily, or in large amounts. Cassia cinnamon has high levels (about 0.4-0.8%) of coumarin, which is why some European countries have banned the Cassia variety. |
