Nigella Sativa Directions to use
Dosing
If you have signs of a stroke you must act immediately. Every second means your brain is swelling and causing damage and may be deadly.
At the first sign of a stroke quickly make a cup of cayenne tea. To make this pour hot water over 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper powder. Drink down asap. Now take 1 teaspoon of black cumin seed oil with juice or honey. If you are still having pain or any signs, drink another cup of cayenne tea. After this rush to the shower and allow the hot water to hit the top of your head and run down. After a bit get out of the shower and spray magnesium oil on the top of your head and the back of your neck and on your face (being careful around the eyes).
You cannot rest. You must not sleep with any signs of a stroke. Keep drinking the cayenne tea every 2 hours. Once you are completely sure you have stopped the stroke, you can rest.
You must continue this protocol for the next few days as the stroke is like a snake and will try to attack you again and again.
