TURMERIC AND YOGURT WEIGHT LOSS AND DETOX CURE

From the moment I saw this article, I was intrigued and knew that I must post this article.  This protocol has tons of good herbs for your system.  

But first I had to try the remedy for myself.  I was a little weary at first as I could not find another article with this claim and promotion.  

So I changed the recipe to fit my needs and off I went to see if turmeric and yogurt was right for me and for you.

I did not have fresh turmeric and so I used dried powder.  I also did not have the hemp seed oil and so I left that out.  But I for sure will buy the hemp seed soon.

The mixture is very tart and I would take my spoon and dip it in the yogurt mixture.  I immediately had an overall relaxation in my gut and I felt smooth digestion.  I was extremely pleased.  So take this tiny bit of time until your gut can handle more.  The next day I used the mixture with my salad.  Just a tablespoon or so on the side of the salad and slowly add as you can.  

I never used this as a substitute meal but more of a dip with my diet barley bread.  I absolutely recommend this 100%.
