The mixture is very tart and I would take my spoon and dip it in the yogurt mixture. I immediately had an overall relaxation in my gut and I felt smooth digestion. I was extremely pleased. So take this tiny bit of time until your gut can handle more. The next day I used the mixture with my salad. Just a tablespoon or so on the side of the salad and slowly add as you can.
