Lupus is a chronic inflammatory autoimmune disease that can affect many parts of the body, including the skin, joints, kidneys, blood cells, heart and lungs. Episodes of lupus tend to come and go throughout a person's life, and it may cause periods of tiredness and pain.

Lupus occurs in several types, including systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), discoid and drug-induced. SLE is the most common type and can lead to problems such as fever, swollen joints, anaemia and kidney failure. Lupus is most commonly diagnosed when people are between 15 and 45 years old.

We don know what causes lupus. There is no cure, but in most cases lupus can be managed. Lupus sometimes seems to run in families, which suggests the disease may be hereditary. Anyone can get lupus. But 9 out of 10 people who have it are women. African American women are three times more likely to get lupus than white women. It also more common in Hispanic/Latino, Asian, and American Indian women."

Lupus is a chronic inflammatory autoimmune disease. Thymoquinone, the active ingredient of Nigella sativa is the primary ingredient to provide protection against Lupus and rheumatoid arthritis. TURMERIC AND BLACK SEED CAPSULES

I have had several people ask me if they could take turmeric and black seed oil at the same time.  I always tell them to take it at separate times.  But if you made the turmeric mix as stated below, that would be great.

SIMPLE DIRECTIONS TO HEAT SEEDS
  1. YOU MUST START WITH THE BEST SEEDS.  HERE
  2. PLACE THE SEEDS IN A STAINLESS STEEL BAKING PAN
  3. TURN THE OVEN TO NO MORE THAN 300F FOR 10 MINUTES.
  4. LEAVE THE DOOR CLOSED FOR 1 HOUR MORE.
  5. STIR THE SEEDS AFTER ONE HOUR AND REPEAT THE PROCESS AGAIN.
  6. YOU MUST DOUBLE GRIND THE SEEDS FOR HONEY.
After heating the seeds properly and grinding as you should, you could place them in capsules but I prefer you to take them two hours apart as the capsules would be a 50% mix.  The mixture below is heavy on the turmeric and very light percentage of black seeds.

SIMPLE WAY TO COMBINE BLACK SEED OIL, HONEY AND FLAX AND MYRRH

BUY 1 LITER OR MORE OF RAW GOAT YOGURT.  STRAIN ALL THE LIQUID OFF THE YOGURT.  THIS WILL TAKE SEVERAL HOURS.  NOW TAKE 1/4 CUP OF THE GOAT CHEESE AND ADD IN 1 TABLESPOON OF BLACK SEED OIL, 1 TEASPOON OF HONEY, 1/2 TEASPOON OF MYRRH POWDER, DASH OF CAYENNE AND 1.5 TABLESPOONS OF FRESHLY GROUND FLAX SEEDS.  MIX WELL AND ENJOY.

GOLDEN MILK

One of the most talked about remedies is turmeric and black seeds and one of the suggested ways to take this was in a golden milk before sleep. 

​This is not a simple recipe but once you make the powder and store the solution, you will be able to make this loving drink easy.
Turmeric Mix

This is a very easy solution to make.  Make sure to use original and organic turmeric and the best of herbs and seeds.

Ingredients:
2 cups or turmeric from India
1/4 cup of ground marigold flowers
1/4 cup of heated and ground black seeds
1/4 cup of Ceylon or Malabar black pepper)
​Directions:  

Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend or pulse till finely blended.  Store in a glass lock and seal container.  ​

LET'S MAKE THE MILK

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup of alternative milk.  Never use cow milk
  • 1 teaspoon of the turmeric mix
  • 1 teaspoon of honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon of black seed oil
  • 1 Ceylon cinnamon stick

Directions:

This Golden Milk is also great for cancer, Alzheimer's and Parkinson's patients.  The marigold flowers help with sleep and insomnia and so the Golden Milk is great for many people who want to remain healthy.
  1. Place 1 cup of alternative milk in a pan and add in the turmeric mix.
  2. Bring to a light almost boil while cooking on medium heat.
  3. Add in 1 Ceylon Cinnamon stick for pain.
  4. Remove from the fire and allow to cool.  Never put in the honey while very hot.
  5. Pour the milk into a large mug along with the cinnamon stick. 
  6. Now add in the honey and stir well.
  7. Drizzle the oil on top.

Eating from the Nutritional Guide is very important and eating an alkaline diet also.  You must not have gluten, daily, sugars, meat, fish or processed foods.  If you have stomach problems you may have leaky gut and so take a high quality probiotic 50billion or more.
